Every massage I give is customized to the person in front of me. I integrate all the techniques I have to give you the results you want.

Typical “add-on” services (hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy, etc.) can be included in your treatment for no additional cost.

I don’t follow the “no pain, no gain” approach. Massage doesn’t need to hurt in order to be effective. I’ll work within your nervous system’s pain tolerance.

I lean into Yoga for client’s home care plan. This reinforces the work we do on the table and leads to better, longer lasting change.
